This is a volkswagen golf IV was modified by projektzwo . It use front bumper and roof R32 look. The ride height lowering approx 30mm, and using custom suspension from projektzwo. the exhaust made from stainless stell, with twin oval pipe 2x 97x80 mm.

Overall review
Volkswagen Golf is one of the few small cars offering such a rich-looking interior and high level of standard safety features, such as front side impact airbags and 4-wheel ABS. The TDI Diesel model offers excellent fuel economy, while the 1.8L turbo model is a rocket to drive.
On the downside, the reliability isn't perfect. Parts and service are quite expensive and not all independent garages can perform the repair.
